You are planning an Annapurna Circuit Trek in Nepal, and thinking about what to wear while hiking also impacts your experience. Choose the right shoes for you because the wrong shoes can increase to a short hike and sore feet. Also, heavy pants can be uncomfortable on a hot day. Even the shorts will not provide the best protection against the skin-irritating insects and plants. Here are some tips for you that will help you to wear a comfortable dress while trekking.

What kind of pant you should wear

You can wear breathable pants and help keep you cool or warm depending on the temperature. Above all else, you want to wear comfortable pants. That is the reasons; it is best to avoid denim when hiking. Your favourite pair of jeans may be fine for a short, casual walk, but for the longer treks, they may be uncomfortable for you. During the winter season, jeans alone will not keep you warm, and in the summer, they absorb water and are slow to dry. Also, they will make you hot, and the heavy seams irritate the skin.

The trick is to wear the layers to keep warm. May put you on long underwear or leggings under a pair of hiking pants made of wicking fabric that keeps you comfortable and dry.

During the summer season, avoid shorts if you plan to hike in the woods. Instead, wear a pair of lightweight pants better to protect yourself against skin irritation or bug bites.

Choose the best hiking shoes

Choose the right pair of hiking shoes is essential to a successful hike. With a lot of shoes to choose from, how do you know which team to wear? Here are some factors you need to consider:

Material: Synthetic materials like polyester and nylon are breathable, easier to break in and lighter-weight. Split-grain leather boots are made half with leather and half with synthetic material, which shows they are still breathable. Full-grain leather boots are less breathable and heavier but highly durable. They are best for experienced hikers planning to journey over challenging terrain.

Terrain: If you are thinking about mild terrain, light hiking shoes should work just fine. However, if you are going to traverse challenging mountainous or snowy terrain, in that case, you may want to buy more rugged mountaineering boots. If the hike falls somewhere in-between, backpacking boots with a solid sole can handle a field of landscapes.

Cut: Low-cut boots are like running shoes. They are suitable and lightweight for beginner hikers thinking to trek well-maintained trails. Mid-cut boots provide you with more ankle support and protection from weeds and other trail-side hazards. Meanwhile, high-cut boots offer the most significant level of balance and support. They are ideal for hikers planning to go off on more challenging terrain.

Usually, beginners are safe going with a more lightweight and comfortable pair of hiking shoes. Though, once they build up their skills and are ready for rockier terrain, it may be time for heavier, more supportive boots.
